Alignerr Corp. is seeking a Clinical Business Intelligence Manager (AI Training) to lead BI teams, design data-driven solutions, and contribute to AI training workflows in a fully remote, hourly contract role.

You will mentor analysts, optimize dashboards and data pipelines, and transform clinical and operational data into actionable insights while collaborating with AI researchers and clinical leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare analytics or BI.
• Ability to design BI dashboards, data models, and pipelines.
• Experience with regulated healthcare data and privacy requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a BI team delivering dashboards, reports, and analytics for clinical and operational decisions.
• Maintain and optimize BI infrastructure including data models, SQL queries, and reporting pipelines.
• Analyze clinical, operational, and performance data to surface trends and drive improvements in care delivery and efficiency.
• Translate complex healthcare data into actionable insights for diverse stakeholders.
• Contribute domain knowledge to AI training workflows where healthcare knowledge improves output quality.
