Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare analytics or BI in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor BI team designing dashboards, reports, analytics for decisions.
• Maintain and optimize BI infrastructure: data models, SQL queries, reporting pipelines.
• Analyze clinical, operational, performance data to surface trends and improve care.
• Translate complex multi-source healthcare datasets into clear, actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align analytics with priorities.
