Zusammenfassung

RATP Dev USA seeks an Assistant Maintenance Manager to direct daily bus maintenance for Prince George’s County GoPGC. The role requires a hands-on leader to organize shops, develop technicians and ensure safe, reliable buses are ready for service.

You will work with the AGM of Maintenance, the GM and Operations to improve preventive maintenance, reduce repeat failures and deliver timely repairs. Minimum five years in transit maintenance management is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Five years of transit or diesel vehicle maintenance management experience.
• Strong knowledge of bus systems, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repair quality controls.
• Ability to lead shop personnel, prioritize repairs and maintain shift coverage.

Aufgaben

• Lead daily bus maintenance for Prince George’s County GoPGC and ensure buses are ready for service.
• Direct technicians, maintenance supervisors and utility employees; assign work by priority.
• Manage PM schedules, inspect, and ensure complete maintenance records.
• Review defects and road calls; ensure documented corrective repairs and safe releases.
• Maintain repair logs and prioritize overdue repairs to restore service.
