RATP Dev USA is seeking an experienced Assistant Maintenance Manager to lead daily bus maintenance for Prince County GoPGC in Maryland. This hands-on leader will organize shop work, mentor technicians, and ensure buses are safe, reliable, and ready for service.

Collaborating with the AGM of Maintenance, General Manager, and Operations, the role focuses on improving preventive maintenance and delivering timely repairs to support smooth transit operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily bus maintenance operations.
• Organize shop work and schedules.
• Develop technicians to improve preventive maintenance.
• Ensure safe, reliable buses are ready for service.
• Collaborate with AGM of Maintenance, GM and Operations.
• Improve preventive maintenance and reduce repeat failures.
• Deliver timely repairs.
