Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of job-related experience in building operations or equivalent roles.
• Strong knowledge of commercial/industrial HVAC, mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems.
• Experience with CMMS and overseeing maintenance contractors.

Responsibilities

• Supervise 1–2 in-house maintenance technicians and coordinate contractors.
• Manage daily preventive maintenance and improvement projects.
• Oversee repairs to HVAC/mechanical systems, plumbing, electrical, BAS, and fire systems.
