Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of commercial facilities experience.
• HVAC Certification required; strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and life-safety systems.
• Ability to lead a small on-site team and coordinate with vendors and management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of mechanical, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire/life safety, and elevator systems.
• Diagnose and perform repairs; supervise facilities staff and on-site technician.
• Coordinate with tenants, management, and vendors; manage logs and budget tracking.
• Support CAPEX projects and energy-saving initiatives.
• Utilize Rent Manager and Excel for maintenance tracking and reporting.
