Responsibilities

• Supervise engineering team operations and oversee preventive maintenance, repairs, and equipment installations.
• Perform inspections of building equipment and systems to ensure safety and operational standards.
• Maintain and troubleshoot building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire/life safety, and generators.
• Monitor BAS and respond to alarms; coordinate corrective actions.
• Coordinate emergency repair activities and prioritize work based on impact and staffing.
• Manage operational permits (hot work, roof access, facility work) per site procedures.
• Maintain inventory levels and coordinate with vendors for parts and supplies.
