The Building People is seeking a Building Controls Engineering Lead to provide technical leadership and oversight for advanced Building Automation Systems (BAS). This senior role involves design, implementation, and lifecycle support of Tridium Niagara-based solutions, ensuring secure and scalable systems across various facilities.

You will mentor junior engineers, coordinate a team, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-performance smart buildings, requiring 8+ years of experience in the field.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in building automation systems engineering for commercial, institutional, or federal facilities.
• Expertise with Tridium Niagara (N4) framework and compatible platforms.
• Ability to design interoperable BAS architectures using various protocols.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and oversight for advanced Building Automation Systems.
• Mentor junior engineers and coordinate a team of controls engineers.
• Ensure delivery of scalable and high-performance smart building systems.
