• 6+ years’ experience as Project Engineer or related system engineering/technician roles.
• Knowledge of BACnet/LON/MODBUS protocols.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for financial management on all assigned projects.
• Prepare subcontractor bidding documents, descopes, negotiate subcontracts, and manage schedule, changes, and billings.
• Coordinate all customer communications and subcontractor management.
• Ensure site safety plans, audits, PPE, toolbox talks, and jobsite adherence.
• Develop project execution plans and manage execution per contract and estimates.
