Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years in installation and startup of HVAC, building automation, and/or security systems.
• Knowledge of BACnet/LON/MODBUS protocols.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Attend customer meetings; report action items to Project Engineer/Manager.
• Participate in system startup and commissioning using standard checkout processes.
• Prepare installation subcontractor bids, descopes, manage schedule, change orders, and billings.
• Review field sketches for change orders; provide feedback to Project Manager.
• Subcontractor management and on-site coordination with trades and commissioning agents.
• Ensure site safety, create safety plans, conduct site audits, and provide toolbox talks.
• Modify and update design drawings; maintain redline documents.
