Job summary

Vireo Health, Inc. is seeking a Lead Budtender to promote products, deliver excellent customer service, and enhance the in-store experience. As a keyholder, you will open and close the store, manage POS transactions, and guide the budtender team daily.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in retail or similar environment.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule incl. days, nights, weekends, holidays.
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell products while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Serve as a keyholder with opening/closing responsibilities and POS cash handling.
• Train team on POS usage and service standards; support in-store experience.
