Job summary

Groundworks Services, Electric Lettuce on TV HWY in Hillsboro, Oregon, is seeking a Lead Budtender to provide outstanding customer service, educate customers on cannabis products, and lead a team on the sales floor.

You will coach peers, ensure compliance with OLCC requirements, process transactions accurately, and help maintain a welcoming, organized store environment with a strong focus on safety and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Retail and customer service experience.
• Leadership or supervisory experience.
• Cannabis industry experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Must be 21+.
• Valid OLCC Marijuana Worker Permit or ability to obtain one.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role, including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 pounds.
