Electric Lettuce in Oregon City is seeking an Assistant Dispensary Manager to lead a busy, customer-focused dispensary. You will coach staff, ensure exceptional service, educate customers on cannabis products, and help maintain inventory and compliance for OLCC standards.

The role emphasizes team development, operational efficiency, and a positive customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment. Eligible candidates must be 21+ and obtain an OLCC permit.

Qualifications

• Retail and customer service experience required; cannabis experience is a plus.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is required.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coach employees, provide direction, and hold the team accountable.
• Must be 21+ and hold or obtain a valid OLCC Marijuana Worker Permit.
• Ability to stand, walk, sit, kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Support the Dispensary Manager with day-to-day store operations and team leadership.
• Lead on the sales floor; coach staff on customer service, product knowledge, sales, and store expectations.
• Educate customers about cannabis and help them find the right fit.
• Maintain accurate inventory and ensure OLCC and company compliance.
• Support opening/closing procedures, cash handling, merchandising, and other operational needs.
• Keep the store organized, stocked, and ready for business.

What You'll Do

• Support the Dispensary Manager with day-to-day store operations and team leadership

What You Bring
