Electric Lettuce, voted Best Dispensary 2026, is seeking a Lead Budtender to join our Oregon City team. Bring cannabis knowledge, customer service, and leadership to a team focused on great products and a welcoming experience.

You will mentor staff, educate customers, handle POS, and help keep daily dispensary operations running smoothly while upholding OLCC requirements. Groundworks Industries supports growth and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Retail and customer service experience required.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Cannabis industry experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, reliability, and attention to detail expected.
• Must be 21+ and able to obtain OLCC Marijuana Worker Permit if needed.
• Must be able to stand, lift up to 50 pounds, and meet physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a great customer experience and coach others to do the same.
• Educate customers and help them find the right cannabis products.
• Process POS transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Help keep daily dispensary operations running smoothly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming sales floor.
• Support merchandising, product displays, and sales.
• Lead by example in following company policies and OLCC requirements.
• Assist management as needed.
