Groundworks Services, along with its Electric Lettuce brand, is seeking a Lead Budtender for the TV HWY team to elevate the customer experience. You will coach staff, educate customers on cannabis products, and ensure smooth daily operations on the sales floor.

The role requires 21+ with an OLCC permit or ability to obtain one, strong communication, and the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds. Groundworks offers bonuses, benefits, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Retail and customer service experience.
• Leadership or supervisory experience.
• Cannabis industry experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Must be 21+.
• Valid OLCC Marijuana Worker Permit or ability to obtain one.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role, including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilités
