Job summary

Groundworks Industries is seeking a Lead Budtender to join our Cedar Hills team, bringing cannabis knowledge, customer service excellence, and leadership experience to a welcoming retail environment.

You will coach team members, educate customers on products, and ensure smooth daily operations while upholding OLCC regulations and store standards.

Qualifications

• Retail and customer service experience.
• Leadership or supervisory experience.
• Cannabis industry experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Must be 21+.
• Valid OLCC Marijuana Worker Permit or ability to obtain one.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements, including standing and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities
