Job summary

Electric Lettuce, voted Best Dispensary 2026, is seeking a Lead Budtender to join our Sellwood team. Bring cannabis knowledge, customer service, and leadership to help guests find the right products and ensure smooth daily operations.

You’ll coach the team, maintain a welcoming floor, assist management, and uphold OLCC requirements. We offer bonuses, wage increases, tips, discounts, and comprehensive health insurance. Must be 21+ with OLCC permit or ability to obtain.

• Experience in retail and customer service.
• Experience in leadership or supervision.
• Cannabis industry experience is a plus.

What We're Looking For

• Retail and customer service experience
• Leadership or supervisory experience
• Cannabis industry experience is a plus
• Strong communication, reliability, and attention to detail
• Must be 21+
• Valid OLCC Marijuana Worker Permit or ability to obtain one
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role, including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 pounds
