Job summary

Groundworks Industries in Portland seeks a Lead Budtender to elevate customer experiences and mentor the team on product knowledge and service standards. Join a fast-paced, values-driven environment focused on quality and compliance.

You will guide staff on product recommendations, maintain store presentation, and ensure accurate POS transactions while upholding OLCC rules. A strong leader with cannabis knowledge will thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• Retail and customer service experience required.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Cannabis industry experience is a plus.
• Must be 21+ years old and able to obtain OLCC permit.
• Strong communication, reliability, and attention to detail.

What We're Looking For

• Retail and customer service experience
• Leadership or supervisory experience
• Cannabis industry experience is a plus
• Strong communication, reliability, and attention to detail
• Must be 21+
• Valid OLCC Marijuana Worker Permit or ability to obtain one
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role, including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 pounds
