Groundworks Industries operates Electric Lettuce, a Best Dispensary 2026 winner, seeking a Lead Budtender for our Holgate team in Portland. You will coach peers, educate customers, and drive a welcoming shopping experience with a focus on accuracy in transactions and smooth daily operations.

The role emphasizes leadership, cannabis knowledge, and high attention to detail in a fast-paced retail setting. OLCC compliance and customer-first service are essential.

Qualifications

• Retail and customer service experience required.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Cannabis industry experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Must be 21+ years old.
• Valid OLCC Marijuana Worker Permit or ability to obtain one.
• Ability to meet physical requirements (standing, lifting up to 50 lbs).

Responsibilities
