Job summary

Milestone Technologies, Inc. seeks a Lead Business Systems Analyst to drive the LMS transformation from SumTotal to SAP SuccessFactors Learning. You will serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the LMS implementation team across the program.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in pharmaceutical/biotech or other GxP-regulated environments, with strong data migration, process transformation, and stakeholder management skills. EST time zone supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 12+ years of Business Systems Analysis experience.
• 5+ years in LMS/HRIS/ERP or enterprise platform implementations.
• Experience leading requirements and process design in complex cross-functional environments.
• Experience with enterprise software implementations and data migration.
• Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
• Experience in GxP-regulated environments.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, documentation, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering, business process analysis, and solution design for LMS migration from SumTotal to SAP SuccessFactors.
• Collaborate with HR, Quality, Compliance, Regulatory Affairs, IT, and vendors to translate needs into functional/technical specs.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to define future-state learning, compliance, and reporting processes.
• Document and manage requirements with traceability across the project lifecycle.
• Analyze current LMS processes, data, and reporting to identify improvements.
• Lead data migration activities including mapping, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation.
• Lead UAT planning, script development, execution support, and defect management.
• Support CSV, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance to meet GxP requirements.
• Build stakeholder relationships to drive decision-making and issue resolution.
