Vanasse Hangen Brustlin Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Bridge/QA Engineer to lead the design of structural engineering projects, focusing on bridges and transportation solutions. This position involves overseeing engineers, ensuring quality standards, and managing complex projects.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of professional experience in structural bridge design, construction phasing, and complex transportation projects required.
• MassDOT/MBTA experience is preferred.
• Experience developing bridge design and detailing (steel, concrete, prestressed concrete), and seismic analysis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the technical design of structural engineering projects.
• Direct and mentor team members in the development of design plans and specifications.
• Perform quality reviews of team members' work.
• Manage planning, analysis, and design document preparation for bridge projects.
