Fuss & O'Neill is seeking a Bridge Engineer in Quincy, MA to lead bridge design within our Transportation team. This hybrid role combines in-office collaboration with remote work flexibility and offers opportunities to contribute to safe, resilient bridge structures across New England.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of bridge design experience, a Civil Engineering degree, and proficiency with AutoCAD and MicroStation.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a concentration in Structural Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in bridge engineering and design.
• Familiarity with regional DOTs (NHDOT, MaineDOT, MassDOT, VTrans) preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Execute bridge design efforts on multi-disciplinary projects.
• Coordinate with other disciplines and support staff to develop design calculations and bridge plans.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers in design tasks and project development.
• Ensure compliance with project budgets, schedules, and QC/QA protocols.
• Perform site visits and bridge inspections during design and construction phases.
