Responsibilities

• Oversee bake shop daily operations and production areas
• Train, mentor, and develop bake shop employees
• Coordinate with Executive Pastry Chef and other culinary leaders to implement baking programs
• Ensure compliance with health department sanitation laws and company standards
• Manage delivery logistics of bakery products to restaurant outlets
