Yellowstone Club is seeking a Baker Assistant for the winter season to support the head baker in producing high‑quality baked goods for our private Montana community.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with a culinary arts certificate, plus extensive kitchen experience including line cook leadership. This seasonal position emphasizes hospitality, safety, and teamwork within a luxury hotel‑style setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and culinary certificate required.
• 6+ years as a line cook requested.
• 3+ years of staff management experience and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Assist the head baker with all baking production.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and hospitality standards.
• Manage delivery logistics of bakery products to restaurant outlets.
• Prepare and cook baked goods per recipes and standards.
• Maintain safety and sanitation procedures.
