0G is seeking a Brand Design Lead to own and evolve our visual identity across product, web, social, events, and campaigns. This senior, hands-on role will set creative direction and execute it, translating brand strategy into consistent visual systems and compelling storytelling across every public-facing surface.

You will work with marketing, communications, and leadership to shape the brand narrative, lead a design-forward team, and partner with external vendors to deliver high-quality

Qualifications

• Senior-level brand design or creative direction experience.
• Strong portfolio with identity systems and campaign work.
• Ability to partner with senior leaders and shape brand narrative.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve 0G's brand identity across channels and formats.
• Build and maintain a scalable brand system with templates.
• Ensure brand consistency across web, social, events, and content.
• Translate strategy into visual systems and storytelling.
• Lead creative development for product launches and campaigns.
• Design social graphics, video content, website updates, and decks.
• Collaborate with leadership on positioning and narrative.
• Direct external vendors and agencies as needed.
