Job summary

Onshore is hiring a Senior Brand Designer to shape our visual system across product marketing, sales, social, and the website. You’ll work directly with the VP of Marketing and the leadership team, building a cohesive brand from the inside and owning projects from brief to launch.

You will deliver scalable brand systems, templates, and on-brand visuals for multiple industries while managing timelines in a fast-moving environment. This is a sole-designer role with high impact.

Qualifications

• Real experience in brand or marketing design, in-house or agency, with ownership of end-to-end projects.
• Portfolio demonstrating craft, systems thinking, and storytelling across brand and product marketing.
• Ability to apply a single brand identity across diverse industries without losing recognizability.
• Good judgment on when to adhere to patterns and when to build a new one.
• Clear communication; able to explain design choices and defend the brand.
• Self-starter who sets high personal standards as the sole designer on the team.
• Bachelor-level degree in graphic design or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Own creative from brief to launch across social, product marketing, sales enablement, and events.
• Build and extend the visual system, including layout, motion, and templates.
• Collaborate with marketing and leadership to translate dense industry ideas into clear visuals.
• Manage projects end-to-end as the sole designer on the team.
• Create templates enabling non-designers to stay on-brand.
• Design event and conference materials including signage and booth graphics.
• Handle multiple projects in a fast-moving environment with autonomy.
• Prepare final files for print and every publishing platform.
