Job summary

Basis is seeking a founding brand designer to own how our brand shows up in the world. You'll turn an ambitious company narrative into a visual identity that people recognize, trust, and remember. You'll shape the brand across our website, launches, campaigns, customer stories, visual assets, and recruiting.

You'll move from concept to final file and ensure every touchpoint feels like one cohesive brand. This is not production-only; you will set the creative direction, challenge weak ideas, and

Qualifications

• 5-8 years in brand design or creative direction in software/AI/fintech.
• Portfolio of complete brand systems that translate complex ideas into distinctive concepts.
• Exceptional taste in typography, composition, color, hierarchy, image direction and visual storytelling.
• Strong digital design skills and experience shipping responsive web experiences with developers.
• Experience building design systems, templates, standards, and workflows that scale across buyers and motions.
