Job summary

Speech Pathology Group & Rehab Services of CT is seeking a BCBA to join its ABA team in Shelton/Southbury, CT. The role can be part-time or full-time and includes clinic-based and in-home services across Connecticut.

Expect 24 hours of direct therapy weekly, travel between clinics, supervision duties, and opportunities for growth under BCBA leadership. Flexible schedule and supportive environment are highlighted.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
• BCBA certification is required.
• Licensed Behavior Analyst in Connecticut.
• 3–5 years clinical experience; supervision preferred.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Experience with BACB supervision, hiring, and staff training.
• 8-Hour Supervision training.

Responsibilities

• Train newly hired BTs and RBTs, including completing all required RBT competencies.
• Maintain a smaller caseload, delivering 24 hours of billable direct therapy services per week.
• Travel between Shelton and Southbury clinics to supervise staff and provide clinical services.
• Collaborate with BCBA regarding technicians and their clients.
• Conduct regular team meetings to review ongoing performance, offering guidance, feedback, and performance evaluations for BTs and RBTs.
• Collaborate with Head of ABA Clinic and ABA Department Manager on clinical needs, program updates, and staff development initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned with or without accommodation.
• Performance Reviews of BTs/RBTs yearly
• 90-day Check-in for all BTs/RBTs
• Oversee all RBT competencies and supervision requirements

We Need

• Master\'s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required.
• Be a Licensed Behavior Analyst in the state of Connecticut
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably with experience in supervision.
