Job summary

A rehabilitation services group in Southbury is seeking a full-time BCBA to join their ABA team. The role involves mentoring staff, conducting assessments, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive ABA services. The ideal candidate will hold a Master's degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis and BCBA certification, with a focus on pediatric care. Qualifications

  • BCBA Certification & CT licensure are mandatory.
  • A Master's degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis is required.
  • Experience with pediatrics and in-home treatment is preferred.
  • Experience delivering in-home and clinic-based ABA is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and facilitate mentoring and supervision programs.
  • Provide training and evaluation of staff performance.
  • Conduct initial assessments and maintain a caseload of clients.
  • Co-treat with BCBAs across locations (Southbury, Shelton).
  • Create and monitor data collection protocols for client progress.
  • Lead team meetings to update clinicians and families on treatment plans.
  • Manage initial assessments and maintain caseloads.

The Speech Pathology Group and Rehab Services of CT (SPGCT) is seeking a full-time BCBA to join our ABA team in Shelton, CT. We provide clinic-based and in-home services.

Our mission is to provide individualized treatment for each of our clients utilizing all aspects of ABA specifically play-based therapy and naturalistic teaching strategies. We are ready and willing to train the right candidates in this process. In addition to ABA, SPGCT offers families a broad scope of services including speech, occupational, physical, and aquatic therapy services. You will get to be a part of a multi-disciplinary team with many opportunities for collaboration.

Responsibilities
  • Help develop and facilitate mentoring and supervision programs
  • Provide training and continuous evaluation of staff performance
  • Collaborate and cotreat with other professionals within the practice to help provide a well-rounded team approach
  • Collaborating with the clinical and management team to provide best outcomes for the clients, families, and company
  • Collaborate with multiple BCBAs within the practice, including the Southbury and Shelton locations
  • Create and monitor data collection protocols
  • Participate in and conduct team meetings in order to update clinicians and families on client treatment plans
  • Conduct initial assessments and maintain a caseload of clients and a team of staff
  • Engage in continuous professional development efforts to learn, maintain, and train new evidence-based, behavior analytic strategies
  • Establish and maintained ecologically relevant behavioral repertoires including compassionate, humble, flexible, creative, and progressive practices
Qualifications
  • BCBA Certification & CT licensure
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis
  • Focus and experience with pediatrics (early ages preferred)
  • Experience with in home and clinic treatment (preferred)
