Job summary

Speech Pathology Group & Rehab Services of CT is expanding its ABA services in Shelton & Southbury, CT, seeking a BCBA to join our private practice team as either part-time or full-time. We offer a $8,000 sign-on bonus, flexible schedules, and strong support for personal and professional growth.

We provide clinic-based and in-home services across CT, with travel between Shelton and Southbury. The role emphasizes supervision, leadership, and collaboration with BCBA leadership, plus opportunities

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
• BCBA certification required.
• Licensed Behavior Analyst in Connecticut.
• 3–5 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably with supervision.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Experience with BACB supervision, hiring, and staff training.
• 8-Hour Supervision training.

Responsibilities

• Train newly hired BTs and RBTs, including RBT competencies.
• Maintain a smaller caseload with 24 hours of billable direct therapy weekly.
• Travel between Shelton and Southbury clinics to supervise staff and provide services.
• Collaborate with BCBA's on technicians and clients.
• Lead regular team meetings to review performance and provide guidance.
• Collaborate with Head of ABA Clinic and ABA Department Manager on needs and staff development.
• Other duties as assigned; accommodation where needed.
• Yearly performance reviews for BTs/RBTs.
• 90-day check-ins for all BTs/RBTs.
• Oversee RBT competencies and supervision requirements.

We need:

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.

• Be a Licensed Behavior Analyst in the state of Connecticut
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably with experience in supervision.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.

What you'll do:

• Collaborate with the Head of ABA Clinic and ABA Department Manager on clinical needs, program updates, and staff development initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned with or without accommodation.
• Performance Reviews of BTs/RBTs yearly
