Job summary

You will collaborate with Senior Process Specialists and Engineers to drive process improvements, 6S/TPM initiatives, and daily problem solving, with a rotating 12-hour shift and weekend/holiday availability.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of production experience in Blown Film Extrusion.
• Commitment to safety, 5S, and standardized work.
• Ability to read and interpret technical data and templates.
• Experience with electronic systems like AS400 and Lotus Notes.

Responsibilities

• Lead process operator duties in a sub-section of operations.
• Drive 6S, TPM and Tier Board programs.
• Collaborate with engineers and product development on process improvements.
• Ensure safety requirements and quality standards are met.
