Amcor is seeking a Foreperson to supervise assigned blown film production lines. You will oversee line setups, packaging, quality checks, and documentation to ensure products meet specifications.

The role requires hands-on troubleshooting of extruders, bag machines, and winders, with responsibility for training operators and maintaining PPE and safety standards. Candidates should have a high school diploma, 2 years of blown film experience, and a valid Amcor forklift license.

Qualifikationen

• Two years blown film manufacturing experience preferred.
• Valid Amcor forklift license.

Aufgaben

• Review production orders during start-up, run, and shutdown of equipment.
• Responsible for all processes, equipment and packers on assigned lines.
• Meet production, quality and quantity standards.
• Ensure proper set ups and quality checks are performed.
• Organize work for smooth operations.
• Train machine operators on quality checks, gauge, length, width and weight; document production.
• Make adjustments and settings to keep product in spec.
• Troubleshoot extrusion, bag machines and winders.
• Notify supervisor of equipment or quality problems.
