Job summary

FLAVOR REDDY FOODS, LLC in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Blender/Cook Operator for 2nd shift. You will prepare, blend, and cook products following batch sheets and mix instructions, using pumps, kettles, and CIP processes.

The role requires safe operation of equipment, adherence to GMPs, and leadership to training blending associates. Schedule: Mon–Fri 3:00 PM–11:30 PM with overtime opportunities; must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a clean, safe environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in food/beverage manufacturing is preferred.
• Forklift operation experience required.
• Strong math skills and ability to read batch tickets.
• Leadership or team guidance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate pumps, mixers, kettles, heat exchangers, and scales.
• Drive and operate forklifts safely.
• Read, interpret, and follow batch sheets and mix instructions.
• Provide daily guidance and training to blending associates.
• Maintain raw ingredient inventory and report shortages.
• Adhere to FIFO when preparing pre-weigh tickets.
• Clean and sanitize lines and equipment per COP/CIP.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Complete all required documentation clearly and legibly.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Utilize Plex for batching processes.
• Communicate with QA, scheduling, and ops.
• Email communications with associates as needed.
• Act as point of contact in supervisor absence.
