Job summary

Quick Supply Co. is seeking a Blaster to lead or assist in design, layout, preparation and detonation of blasts at customer locations, ensuring safety and compliance on the job site.

You will develop blast plans, coordinate with crews, review drill logs, complete field reports, and communicate with site managers to build strong partnerships while handling long hours and physically demanding work.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years blasting experience in the explosives industry.
• Must possess a current Blasting License.
• Must meet ATF eligibility as Employee Possessor.
• Ability to lead effectively and communicate professionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead or assist in the design, layout, preparation and detonation of blasts at customer sites.
• Develop the blast plan to maximize performance and meet customer requirements.
• Coordinate safety protocols through crew meetings and on-site briefings.
• Verify drill patterns and inspect pre-blast conditions for safety.
