Qualifications
4-5 years blasting experience in the explosives industry.
Must possess a current Blasting License.
Must be able to meet ATF eligibility requirements as Employee Possessor.
Ability to lead effectively and communicate professionally.
Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions.
Responsibilities
Lead or assist in the design, layout, preparation and detonation of blasts.
Develop the blast plan for job site performance.
Conduct or participate in blast crew meetings.
Load explosives and verify completion of pre-blast inspections.
Communicate with site managers and customers regularly.
