Qualifications

• 4-5 years blasting experience in the explosives industry.
• Must possess a current Blasting License.
• Must be able to meet ATF eligibility requirements as Employee Possessor.
• Ability to lead effectively and communicate professionally.
• Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Lead or assist in the design, layout, preparation and detonation of blasts.
• Develop the blast plan for job site performance.
• Conduct or participate in blast crew meetings.
• Load explosives and verify completion of pre-blast inspections.
• Communicate with site managers and customers regularly.
