Job summary

KLA Industries is seeking a Bitcoin Mining Facility Manager in Carroll, Iowa to lead daily operations of a cryptocurrency mining facility. You will oversee a team of site technicians, ensure peak efficiency, and uphold safety and regulatory standards.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong technical knowledge of mining infrastructure, and the ability to manage people, processes, and external partners effectively.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree a plus.
• Associate or bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or mechanical engineering is a plus.
• 3+ years in technical operations with supervisory experience.
• Experience with data centers or mining facilities.
• Familiarity with Foreman, LuxOS, or similar mining software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor technicians, set performance expectations.
• Coordinate daily work schedules and ensure uptime.
• Oversee maintenance of ASIC miners and related hardware.
• Manage safety programs and OSHA compliance.
• Maintain logs and incident reports.
• Serve as on-site point of contact for audits and inspections.
• Ensure integration between software and hardware systems.
