Qualifications

• Experience in a data center or mining facility with high uptime.
• Familiarity with ASIC miners and mining software (Foreman, LuxOS, or equivalent).
• Knowledge of computer networking, electrical systems, and cooling infrastructure.
• Electrical experience or certification (e.g., high‑voltage systems).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor site technicians, setting clear performance expectations.
• Coordinate daily work schedules and coverage to ensure uptime.
• Oversee maintenance of mining hardware to maximize uptime.
• Manage safety, OSHA compliance, PPE, and electrical protocols.
• Maintain operational logs, incident reports and performance records.
• Serve as on‑site contact for inspections and audits.
• Ensure integration of software and hardware systems.
