You will oversee mining hardware, power, cooling, networking, and software integration to maximize hash rate and reliability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a technical operations role with supervisory experience.
• Experience managing teams in data center or high-uptime environments.
• Familiarity with ASIC miners and mining software (Foreman, LuxOS or equivalent).
• Knowledge of computer networking, electrical systems, and cooling infrastructure.
• Electrical experience or certification (high-voltage knowledge).
• Strong organizational and communication skills for multitasking.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Higher-education is a plus; related certifications are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor site technicians, setting performance expectations.
• Coordinate daily work schedules and coverage for uptime.
• Conduct regular check-ins, performance reviews, and training.
• Oversee monitoring and maintenance of mining hardware for optimum performance.
• Lead diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs of mining equipment.
• Develop preventive maintenance schedules and inspections.
• Utilize Foreman and LuxOS to manage configuration and firmware updates.
• Ensure integration between software and hardware; resolve escalations.
• Maintain up-to-date fleet software settings for hash rate optimization.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of electrical, cooling, and networking systems.
• Monitor environmental conditions and enforce corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate logs, incident reports, and performance records.
• Enforce OSHA safety policies and PPE requirements.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Conduct safety walkthroughs and address hazards proactively.
• Serve as on-site contact for inspections and audits.
