Qualifications

• 3+ years in a technical operations role with at least 1–2 years in supervision.
• Experience managing teams in data center/mining facility or similar high‑uptime env.
• Familiarity with ASIC miners and mining software Foreman, LuxOS, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of computer networking, electrical systems, and cooling infrastructure.
• Electrical experience or certification (high‑voltage systems).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment and physically demanding tasks.
• High school diploma; associate or bachelor’s in a technical field is a plus.
• Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, electrical licensing, HVAC) desirable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a team of site technicians, setting clear performance expectations.
• Coordinate daily work schedules, task assignments, and coverage to ensure uptime.
• Conduct regular team check-ins, performance reviews, and on-the-job training.
• Oversee monitoring and maintenance of all mining hardware (ASICs).
• Direct diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair for mining equipment components.
• Develop and enforce preventive maintenance schedules for the facility.
• Oversee use of mining platforms (Foreman, LuxOS) for configuration and monitoring.
• Ensure integration between software and hardware, resolve escalated issues.
• Maintain up-to-date software settings across the fleet to maximize hash rate.
• Manage end-to-end day-to-day operations of the facility (electrical, cooling, networking).
• Monitor environmental conditions and direct corrective actions.
• Maintain operational logs, incident reports, and performance records.
• Enforce site safety policies and OSHA guidelines, PPE and electrical safety.
• Maintain compliance with local/state/federal regulations; conduct safety walkthroughs.
• Serve as on-site contact for inspections, audits, and regulatory inquiries.
