Ashton North LLC is seeking a Bitcoin Mining Facility Manager in Carroll, Iowa. The role leads daily operations of a cryptocurrency mining facility, supervising a team, ensuring uptime, safety, and regulatory compliance.

You will oversee ASIC miners, maintain hardware, and optimize performance using Foreman and LuxOS. The candidate should have 3+ years in technical operations with 1–2 years in a supervisory role, plus familiarity with mining software and electrical/cooling systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a technical operations role with 1–2 years in supervision.
• Experience managing teams in high-uptime environments (data center, mining facility).
• Familiarity with ASIC miners and mining software (Foreman, LuxOS).
• Knowledge of networking, electrical systems, and cooling infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a team of site technicians; set performance expectations.
• Coordinate daily schedules and coverage for uptime.
• Oversee maintenance of mining hardware for peak performance and uptime.
• Direct diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on mining equipment and power systems.
• Develop preventive maintenance schedules and system inspections.
• Manage configurations and firmware updates via mining platforms (Foreman, LuxOS).
• Ensure software-hardware integration and resolve escalated issues.
• Maintain accurate operational logs and safety compliance with OSHA requirements.
