Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical, or biomedical engineering (or equivalent).
• BMET ICC certification preferred.
• At least 5 years of management experience in biomedical equipment management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee supervision and administration of the Biomed department.
• Assist in repairs to Biomedical engineering equipment and provide clinical support as needed.
• Coordinate training, in-services, and external service providers.
• Handle purchasing, requisitions, and pre-purchase evaluations.
• Oversee service contracts and monitor operating budgets.
• Participate in hiring, training, evaluation, and on-call rotation.
