Job summary

MilliporeSigma is seeking a Scientist 2 – Bioassay Development to lead development and validation of bioassays, expanding service capabilities while meeting market needs. You will act as SME, ensure robustness, and drive implementation across immunoassay modalities including mAbs, ADCs, and viral vectors.

The role emphasizes hands-on execution, documentation, SOPs, and training while aligning with regulatory expectations and GMP requirements to support portfolio growth.

Qualifications

• Ph.D., M.S., or B.S. in a relevant science with progressive lab experience as described.
• Experience meeting the minimum years of professional lab work per degree level.
• Strong background in immunology/cell biology related to bioassay development.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of new immunoassay methods.
• Design, optimize, and troubleshoot bioassays for fit-for-purpose use.
• Provide SME guidance to analysts and study managers.

Education
