Job summary

MilliporeSigma is seeking a Scientist 2 - Analytical Development to lead the development and validation of new analytical methods. You will serve as the SME in method development/validation, ensuring robustness and readiness for implementation to strengthen the portfolio and meet market needs.

Responsibilities include leading method development, optimizing assays, training analysts, and ensuring cGMP compliance across diverse modalities such as mAbs, gene therapy products, ADCs, and viral

Qualifications

Ph.D. in a scientific discipline with 3+ years of lab experience
M.S. with 5+ years of lab experience
B.S. with 7+ years of lab experience

Responsibilities

Lead development and implementation of new analytical methods.
Design, optimize, and troubleshoot analytical assays.
Perform hands-on execution and technical leadership across modalities (mAbs, cell/gene therapy, ADCs, mRNA, viral vectors).
Prepare/ review protocols, reports, SOPs, and laboratory records.
Transfer GMP assays to routine team and provide training.
