Job summary

Required are 10+ years in sci labs for Bachelors, or 8+ for Masters, up to PhD with less years; expertise in HPLC/LC-MS/MS, GxP, and data/written communication. Strong leadership and cross-site collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years in a scientific lab, or Master’s with 8+ years, or PhD with 6+ years.

Responsibilities

• Lead bioanalytical assay development and validation for preclinical, clinical and product release studies.
• Mentor and manage analysts; align goals with company strategy and budgets.
• Ensure client communication, on-time delivery, and cross-site collaboration; supervise instrument resources and calibration.
