Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years’ experience in a scientific laboratory environment with a Bachelor's.
• Master's requires 10 years’ experience in a scientific laboratory.
• PhD requires 8 years’ experience in a scientific laboratory.

• Motivate team to align goals with company strategy.
• Work closely with clients to assure on-time execution of assays.
