Job summary

Openkrill in the United States is seeking a Lead Business Analyst to partner with procurement and finance stakeholders to drive data-driven decisions and analytics solutions using Power BI. You will lead requirements workshops, translate needs into BRDs and functional specs, and govern delivery through RAID, UAT, and adoption activities.

The role demands strong communication across cross-cultural teams and hands-on BI expertise.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years IT Business Analyst experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements elicitation workshops with procurement, finance, IT and data owners.
• Analyze current and future-state processes and drive process improvements.
• Translate requirements into functional specs for Power BI dashboards.
• Define data models, KPIs, rules, visuals, user stories.
• Support project delivery including RAID/logs and governance.
• Coordinate UAT, deployment, training materials, and knowledge transfer.
• Mentor junior analysts and promote BA best practices.
