Job summary

Lingarogroup is seeking a proactive Project Manager/Product Owner to lead end-to-end IT initiatives in Data & Analytics, BI, and Web Development. You will translate business needs into concrete delivery scopes, set priorities, and manage scope, budget, and timelines while coordinating with data engineers, developers, and analysts to remove blockers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing technical IT projects in Data & Analytics, BI, Web Development, or Data Platforms.
• Experience combining Project Manager and Product Owner responsibilities; backlog ownership and value-based decisions.
• Strong ownership mindset and customer focus.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear delivery scope.
• Experience in Agile or hybrid delivery models.
• Excellent communication across business and technical stakeholders.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.

• Take end-to-end ownership of technical IT projects from initiation to delivery and handover.

• Own delivery priorities and determine what gets built and in what order.
• Manage scope, budget, timeline, risks, and dependencies; align with business outcomes.
• Lead client-facing meetings and communicate progress clearly with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with data engineers, developers, architects, and analysts to remove blockers.
• Lead or support Agile/Scrum ceremonies in Agile or hybrid delivery models.
• Ensure proper documentation, knowledge management, and lessons learned.
