Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a BI Platform Lead Infrastructure Engineer in Columbus, OH to ensure stability, performance, and continuous improvement of enterprise BI and analytics platforms. You will bridge platform engineering, data teams, and business users, driving AI-assisted support workflows and safer data handling.

You will own incident resolution and prevent recurrence while advancing job monitoring, automation, and governance across complex environments.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on infrastructure engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience.
• Experience in platform support for enterprise BI/analytics or data platforms.
• Experience with Cognos or Tableau administration.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across logs, job failures, performance degradation, and access issues.
• Familiarity with ITSM processes and ticketing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot complex platform issues across application, middleware, and infrastructure layers.
• Oversee operational tasks including job monitoring, service restarts, log analysis, capacity assessments, patching and upgrades.
• Collaborate with engineering, infra, and data teams to resolve high-impact incidents and drive root-cause fixes.
• Support BI users with access requests, dataset issues, publishing, subscriptions, and dashboard troubleshooting.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks using AI-enabled workflows.
• Lead or contribute to pilots of LLM-powered support capabilities for incident summaries and knowledge article drafting.
• Establish governance for AI usage in support operations, including prompts and data handling.
