Job summary

T-Mobile's Broadband Business Intelligence team seeks a Principal Analyst to guide analytical initiatives, design reporting structures, and present insights to leadership. The role combines data visualization, strategic recommendations, and cross-functional influence within a hybrid in-office setting.

Lead holistic dashboards, drive customer- and business-wide improvements using data from AWS Redshift, Azure, and Databricks, and communicate complex findings clearly to executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in statistics, business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Master's/Advanced degree preferred.
• 7 years of experience in advanced analytics including SQL/ETL of complex datasets, competitive analysis, quantitative analysis & research
• 7 years of experience in reporting & analyzing performance & data visualization (Tableau; PowerBI)
• 7 years of experience building reporting structures to support reporting and analytical projects
• At least 18 years of age
• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Support the business intelligence needs of the business by using data from various sources (e.g. AWS Redshift, Azure, Databricks). Guide data strategy across multiple touch points (e.g. new third party data acquisition and integration).
• Engage early in enterprise projects to define reporting requirements and incorporate them into system design
• Develop holistic dashboards combining diverse data sets for presentations to senior management
• Drive core insights from data to create strategies that improve customer experience and business performance
• Present analysis and strategic recommendations to senior management through verbal and written communication
