Qualifications

• Proven experience as Beverage Manager or Bar Manager in upscale settings.
• Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, and mixology.
• Leadership skills with experience training a hospitality team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee beverage operations and cost controls.
• Develop and manage a beverage program including cocktails, wines and spirits.
